Platts proposes to reorganize the way news headlines are captured and summarized for readers of Platts Global Alert. With effect from June 18, 2011, all news stories will be published on PGA page 100.
Readers interested in viewing all current headlines will be able to filter headlines using fixed page 100 as the principal filter, or simply by filtering PGA pages using the "N" category code available on most vendors.
Viewing headlines this way will allow readers to more easily, and more immediately, click through to each underlying news story.
As part of this change, Platts is retiring PGA pages PGA pages 101-107, which currently stack headlines in a static format.
Platts will also suspend PGA pages 108-120, 245-254 and 350-398, which currently carry individual news stories on a rolling publication cycle.
