Amendment to Singapore 10ppm gasoil spec

Platts corrects with immediate effect a typographical error for the published Filter Blocking Tendency specification of FOB Singapore gasoil 10ppm assessments.

The specification for Filter Blocking Tendency should state max 2.0, using test IP 387.
