S&P Global Platts clarifies the following terms and conditions for the Asian paraxylene assessment as follows:

Platts assesses open origin cargoes in its Asian PX assessments that conform with the norms and legality of trading in the region. Country specific bids, offers or trades that do not conform to the norms of trading will be normalized for assessment or may not be published.
