Subscriber note: Platts to align Cash BFOE MOC spreads, outright timings

Effective June 3, 2013, Platts will align the timing guidelines for European Cash BFOE outright prices and spreads in the Market on Close assessment process hosted within the eWindow environment. Under aligned timings, Platts will accept bids and offers for cash Brent Forties Oseberg Ekofisk (BFOE) partial spreads until 16:25:00:99 London time. Platts currently accepts spread bids and offers for publication until 16:15:00:99 London time. There will be no freeze on changing bids and offers, which will expire for assessment at 16:30:00:99 London time, as normal. These changes will help ensure a smooth transition should Platts launch implied spread values within the eWindow for Brent partials.
