Platts confirms end of certain clean freight assessments

Following feedback to various subscriber notes published on January 27, 2012, proposing to discontinue certain West of Suez clean freight rates, Platts confirms that it will discontinue assessments for the routes identified.

A full list of routes that will no longer be assessed is provided below.

Platts will suspend these assessments on August 1.

The assessments appear in Platts Clean Tankerwire and on Platts Global Alert page 558 on August 1.
