Platts discontinues daily Nord Pool Gas third party data

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has discontinued the publication of daily Nord Pool Gas Day-ahead and Month-ahead third party data GNPTD00 and GNPTM00 effective May 15.

The symbols GNPTD00 (Nord Pool Gas DA Eur/MWh) and GNPTM00 (Nord Pool Gas 1Mo Eur/MWh) represent natural gas Day-ahead and Month-ahead EEX daily settlement price for Danish Exchange Transfer Facility (ETF).

The daily symbols are published on Platts alert page EP0077.

Platts first proposed the discontinuation in a note published April 3 and is available here:
