SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts updates Russia gasoline, jet netback calculations

S&P Global Platts has changed some of the underlying assessments for its Russian gasoline and jet export netbacks with effect from Monday, May 13, 2019.

The changes followed a proposal note sent March 18, 2019, which can be viewed at: https://www.spglobal.com/platts/en/our-methodology/subscriber-notes/031819-pl atts-proposes-to-update-russia-gasoline-jet-netback-calculations.

For its NWE netbacks, Platts uses the Platts Baltic-UK Continent 30,000 mt clean freight rate instead of the UK Continent-UK Continent 22,000 mt clean freight rate as published in Platts Clean Tankerwire.

The change brings in line the freight used for all clean products export netbacks.

The change refers to the following assessments and respective codes:

ARA Vysotsk AAWQS00 ARA Ventspils AAWQR00 Moscow via Vysotsk AAWRT00 Yaroslavl via Vysotsk AAXKT00 NORSI via Vysotsk AAWIN00 Kirishi via Vysotsk AAWIW00 Ufa via Vysotsk AAWJE00 Omsk via Vysotsk AAWJC00 Moscow via Ventspils AAWKB00
