SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts increases freight flat rate for routes including New Mangalore S&P Global Platts has decided that following an increase in Port Tariffs at New Mangalore revised by the Worldscale Association that Platts will now reflect these changes in its assessments effective June 1, 2016.

In a subscriber note published Wednesday, May 11, 2016, Platts initially proposed an implementation date of Friday, May 13, 2016, for these changes, but has since determined that a longer notice period is practical.
