Clean Tanker Red Sea LR1 correction notice

Following a review, Platts has identified that the daily Red Sea-Japan LR1 (55kt) $/mt freight rate, as published in the PDF version of the Clean Tankerwire was using an incorrect annual Worldscale flat rate.

Effective April 29, 2009, the correct Worldscale flat rate has been applied.
