Reduction to 30 seconds incrementability timing

Effective May 15, 2009, Platts is implementing a change to the incrementability timing guidelines in those editorial processes where eWindow is used.

Currently, Platts publishes bids/offers and subsequent price changes where the price increments are made with a frequency of no less than a minute.

As eWindow is adopted efficiency increases, therefore incremental price changes can be made more quickly.

In those markets where the bids/offers are submitted directly via eWindow, Platts will accept in its editorial processes price changes with a frequency of no less than 30 seconds.
