Platts is inviting comment on a proposal to change the timing guidelines for the posting of a repeat bid/offer following an indication of trade.
Currently, Platts considers in its assessment processes repeat bids/offers submitted no later than one minute after the indication to trade.
Platts is considering accepting in its editorial processes repeat bid/offer indications submitted no later than 30 seconds after the indication of trade. Originally, Platts announced an implementation date of May 15.
However, Platts has extended the comment period and postponed the proposed implementation date to July 1, 2009.
