Platts resumed publication of the Platts Metals Alert (PMA) pages 110 and 111 on April 22, 2016 after publication of these pages had been suspended on April 20-21 due to an internal data conversion issue affecting trade volumes and open interest volumes. The content of these pages is third-party data and the error related to the conversion of the lot sizes of Shanghai Futures Exchange copper and aluminum contracts. Platts has now resolved the internal data conversion issue, which started on January 13, 2014. As a result, total traded volume data, trade volume data for all monthly strips and open interest data have all been corrected from January 13, 2014 until April 21, 2016. A full list of the affected symbols can be found here: http://goo.gl/dOfcus. Please address any feedback or questions to: Mok Yuen Cheng (yuencheng.mok@platts.com); Annalisa Jeffries (annalisa.jeffries@platts.com), copying in pricemethodology@platts.com.
