Subscriber note: Deepavali holiday in Singapore

Due to a change in Singapore's gazetted public holidays for 2013, the Platts Singapore office will no longer be closed November 4, 2013, as had been previously announced. Publications and assessments from Singapore will be carried out as per usual working days on that date. Singapore's Ministry of Manpower announced in April that the Deepavali holiday would fall on November 2 instead of November 3 as previously indicated.
