Persian Gulf-USWC flat rate correction

Following a review, Platts has indentified that the daily Persian Gulf to US West Coast VLCC (280kt) $/mt freight rate, as published in the Dirty Tankerwire, used an incorrect annual Worldscale flat rate.

Effective April 29, 2009, the correct Worldscale flat rate will be applied.
