US Group 3 shifting to 9.0 RVP effective May 1

Beginning May 1, 2009, Platts Group 3 regular unleaded and premium unleaded gasoline assessments will reflect 9.0 RVP.

This seasonal RVP change is in line with Magellan Pipeline specifications.
