Following a review of the logistics and operations at the port of Isle of Grain, Platts is considering including this port in its Northwest European jet fuel cargo assessment process, effective May 4, 2009.
The Platts Northwest European jet fuel cargo assessment process reflects ports which, as a minimum, can accept 30kt +/- 10% part cargoes on an LR1 vessel.
The installations at the Isle of Grain have been modified and the port is able to meet the minimum standards for inclusion in the assessment process.
