SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes publishing new Kuwait crude official selling prices

Following the launch of new official selling prices (OSPs) for Kuwaiti crude oil, Platts proposes to include these prices in its list of published crude oil OSPs.

In February 2016, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation released five new OSPs for European and US destination cargoes, in addition to its existing KEC Eastern destinations OSP.

For the European market, KPC now issues OSPs for FOB Sidi Kerir, FOB Kuwait to Mediterranean destinations, and FOB Kuwait to NWE destinations, pricing as a differential to Dated Brent.

For the US market, KPC now issues OSPs for FOB Kuwait US destinations and Ex-ship delivered US Gulf Coast destinations, pricing as a differential to ASCI.
