SUBSCRIBER NOTE: S&P Global Platts discontinues FOB China Magnesium assessments

Effective May 1, 2019, S&P Global Platts has ceased publishing the weekly Magnesium 99.8% FOB China (AAVSK00) and Magnesium Diecast Alloy FOB China (MMDCH04) assessments.

The discontinuation follows a period of industry feedback and notification since February 6, 2019.

The final assessment for this price was published on April 26, 2019.

These assessments appeared in the Metals Daily publication, as well as on Platts Metals Alert Pages MW662 and MW811, where they will no longer be published. The fixed commentary page for these prices on Platts Metals Alert Page MW109 will also cease to be published effective May 1, 2019.
