SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to increase alumina shipment timings to 14-60 days

S&P Global Platts will update the shipment timing in the FOB Australia and CFR China alumina daily assessments to 14-60 days forward from the assessment day effective Monday, June 3, 2019.

This is an increase from the current 30-60 days forward from day of assessment to better reflect current market conditions.

The FOB Australia assessment carries the codes MMWAU00 for the daily assessment, MMWAU03 for the monthly average, MMWAU04 for the weekly average and MMWAU16 for the yearly average.

The CFR China assessment carries the codes MMALZ00 for the daily assessment, MMALZ03 for the monthly average, MMALZ04 for the weekly average and MMALZ16 for the yearly average.
