SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts discontinued aluminum CIF Busan assessment on May 1

S&P Global Platts discontinued the weekly aluminum CIF Busan assessment on May 1, 2019, due to changes in trade flow and physical spot activity. Platts will continue to publish any South Korean market heards that it captures during its aluminum coverage.

The assessment carried the code MMAMX00 for the weekly assessment and MMAMX03 for the monthly average.

The last assessment was published on Wednesday, April 24, 2019.

The assessment previously appeared on Platts Metals Alert Page 107 and associated commentary on Page 8. They ceased to be published on these pages from May 1, 2019.
