SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to rename European r-PET assessments

Following a consultation launched on April 10, 2019, S&P Global Platts will rename its European recycled-PET flake spot price assessments effective May 31, 2019. The change will better differentiate hot-wash flake assessments from newly launched food grade pellet assessments.

The assessments will continue to be published on the Platts real-time Petrochemical Alert page PCA 506, in the weekly Polymerscan on a Wednesday, on Platts Market Center and Platts Market Data.
