SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts starts publishing Volgograd-Novorossiisk Russian diesel netback

S&P Global Platts has started publishing a Volgograd to Novorossiisk diesel netback as part of its Russian diesel and gasoil export netbacks from May 1, 2018. The new netback aims to bring the netbacks in line with the start of 10 ppm diesel pipeline shipments to the Black Sea port.

The publication follows a proposal note sent on March 20, 2018.

The Volgograd to Novorossiisk diesel netback is based on Platts FOB Med 10 ppm diesel assessment (AAWYY00), the Med-Novorossiisk clean freight rate and the pipeline freight between Volgograd and Novorossiisk.

S&P Global Platts also started publishing the pipeline freight between Volgograd and Novorossiisk.
