Subscriber note: No Russian domestic assessments on May 1-3, 2013

Due to public holidays in Russia, Platts will not publish Russian domestic crude oil assessments, domestic refined product assessments, or Russian crude oil netbacks in the Russian Marketscan on May 1 to May 3 and May 9 to May 10, 2013. The only assessments published in the Russian Marketscan on those days will be Russian domestic refined product netbacks and netback components.
