Maintenance on Platts FTP site scheduled for May 15

On Saturday, May 15, Platts will be conducting maintenance on ftp.platts.com, the FTP site for our FTP Dispatch service. The maintenance will be performed between 9am and 11am US East Coast time, and the site may be intermittently unavailable from approximately 9:30am to 10am.

As part of the maintenance, the internet ip address for the site will change. If you connect to it using the url (ftp.platts.com), this change will not affect you. Platts strongly recommends that subscribers connect to the site this way if possible.

If you must use the ip address to connect to the site, please contact us for the new ip address which will go into effect on May 15. If you are already on our list of subscribers who connect this way, we'll try to reach you with the new address.
