These assessments will be calculated using $/mt bunker prices in the following representative ports, as published by Platts.

All assessments reflect the use of 0.5%S and 0.1%S marine fuel.

VLSFO PBC35 and PBC36 (Europe to West Coast Africa) -- Rotterdam, Antwerp, Algeciras, Gibraltar, Las Palmas, Lome.

VLSFO PBC37 and PBC38 (North Asia to East Coast Africa) -- South Korea, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Zhoushan, Singapore, Colombo, Durban.

The bunker charge round voyage weighting allocation, vessel speed and consumption used in the bunker charge calculations are arrived through market survey and reflect market practice.

The voyage durations are also arrived through market survey and are based on a vessel proceeding on a round voyage basis to ports in geographical rotation within the below ranges.

All assessments will include a sea margin of 5%.

PBC35 and PBC36-- Europe to West Coast Africa range

PBC37 and PBC38-- North Asia to East Coast Africa range

The above variables used in calculating bunker charge assessments will be updated periodically to reflect market practice and new regulations.

The new assessments will be published in Platts Dry Freight Wire; on Platts Global Bunkers Alert pages PGB3960 and PGB3961, and Platts Shipping Alert pages SHP0520 and SHP0521; and in the Platts price database under the codes above.
