SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Laytime, demurrage in CFR Taiwan/China paraxylene MOC process

S&P Global Platts would like to remind participants in its Asian paraxylene Market on Close assessment process that for trades reported in the process terms and conditions should follow market standards for laytime and demurrage.

Platts understands that market norms for Asian paraxylene include terms that state that applicable laytime and demurrage would be as per charterparty agreement.

Platts may review terms employed in trade reported through the MOC for adherence to market standard.
