Platts to update Mexico natural gas transportation rates

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will perform its quarterly update to the natural gas transportation rates used in the calculation of the Mexico daily natural gas prices.

As part of this process, Platts will use the current rates in pipeline tariffs for the transportation routes, the June 2024 bidweek price for the Tennessee, zone 0, Waha, and SoCal Gas source locations, and the May 31, 2024, Mexican peso to US dollar spot exchange rate.

The changes will be effective June 3.
