SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts clarifies Algonquin, city-gates description

Platts is clarifying its description for Algonquin, city-gates to remove deliveries to interconnects from the specifications. A previous notice said deliveries from interconnects would be included. Those were not previously included in the index and will not be.

The description will be: Algonquin, city-gates (daily and monthly survey) Deliveries from Algonquin Gas Transmission to all distributors and end-use facilities in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
