Platts to discontinue Buckeye conventional gasoline assessment after April 30, 2012

Following industry feedback and Buckeye Partners move to not ship conventional gasoline on its pipeline system, Platts has decided to discontinue assessing US Atlantic Coast Buckeye Pipeline regular 87-octane conventional gasoline assessments and premium 93-octane conventional gasoline assessments basis New York Harbor, with the last day being April 30, 2012.

Platts, however, will continue to assess the US Atlantic Coast barge regular 87-octane conventional gasoline and premium 93-octane conventional gasoline assessments basis New York Harbor.
