When the Colonial Pipeline's 24th shipping cycle became prompt April 19, Platts stopped assessing the 9.0 RVP T-grade, Atlanta premium CBOB, and began assessing 7.0 RVP T-grade instead.
Likewise, Platts also stopped assessing the 9.0 RVP S-grade, Atlanta regular CBOB, and began assessing 7.0 RVP S-grade instead.
These changes reflect a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system.
