Subscriber note: Platts invites feedback on proposed USGC ULSHO assessment

Platts requests feedback regarding the possible introduction of a US Gulf Coast ultra low sulfur heating oil assessment. The proposed new assessment would reflect 15-ppm sulfur ULS specs for heating oil use. This assessment would reflect the prompt Colonial Pipeline cycle and its specifications will be equivalent to Colonial Pipeline's 67 grade.
