Klesch Petroleum SA has advised Platts that it intends to take part in EMEA Mogas Paper, Naphtha Paper, Gasoil/Diesel Paper, BFOE CFDs, Gasoil/Diesel north-west Europe physical cargoes, Naphtha physical cargoes and Mogas North-West Europe physical cargoes.
