IPG Ltd to join Med ULSD, gasoil cargo MOC

IPG Ltd has advised Platts it intends to take part in the Platts Market on Close assessment process for ULSD and gasoil cargoes in the Mediterranean.

All expressions of interest to trade will be published as IPG Ltd.
