Clarification

An April 10 article titled "Stakeholders favor Texas grid scarcity pricing change hiking revenues $491 million" incorrectly described the impact on various types of generation. The proposals would focus revenues on fossil-fueled generation, compared with renewables, only during periods of scarce capacity.
