NWE barge assessment laycans during Apr, May holidays

Effective April 20 and 21, 2011 and in line with public holidays, Platts will reflect product barges that load 7-15 days forward, not the usual 5-15 days forward.

For April 20, the first day that can be bid or offered will be April 27. For April 21 the first day that can be bid or offered will be April 28. Effective April 27 and 28, Platts will reflect product barges that load 7-15 days forward, not the usual 5-15 days forward.

For April 27, the first day that can be bid or offered will also be May 4. For April 28, the first day that can be bid or offered will also be May 5. Following April 28, typical loading dates will be reflected.
