Platts removes Stade terminal from German RLNG launch

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, wishes to clarify that the Stade terminal will not be part of the initial German RLNG assessments launch on April 16, 2025.

It's unclear when the Stade terminal will begin operation. The FSRU was removed from the port in late January and, as of April 9, 2025, is off the coast of northern Denmark, according to Commodity Insights shipping data.

Platts will continue to monitor the status of the Stade terminal for future inclusion. German RLNG assessments for the terminals at Mukran, Brunsbuttel and Wilhelmshaven will launch on April 16, 2025, as previously stated on March 19, 2025.
