Platts lowers CFR China PA cargo sizes effective April 8, 2020

S&P Global Platts has lowered the quantity reflected in the CFR China Phthalic Anhydride (PA) assessment to 100-300 mt from 500-1,000 mt, effective April 8, 2020.

The new assessed volume better reflects an increase in trade activity for smaller parcel sizes, following feedback from market participants.

The database code associated with this assessment is:

PA CFR CHINA PHAOC00

The weekly price assessments can be found on Petrochemical Alert (PCA) page 162, as well as the Asian Petrochemical Scan.
