Platts corrects March monthly averages for US all-in nickel prices

S&P Global Commodity Insights has corrected the Platts all-in US nickel price calculations for NY Dealer Cathode (MMAZM04), NY Dealer Melt (MMAZI04) and NY Dealer Plate (MMAZK04) for March 17, 2022 and March 24, 2022 due to the London Metal Exchange's revisions to its data for those two dates following disruption events on both dates.

As a result, the monthly averages for March 2022 for cathode and melting grades have been recalculated as follows:

• NY Dealer Cathode (MMAAQ03) Low 19.323 cents/lb, High 19.327 cents/lb, Midpoint 19.325
• NY Dealer Melt (MMAAS03) Low 19.323 cents/lb, High 19.327 cents/lb, Midpoint 19.325

These calculations appear in S&P Platts Dimensions, Platts Metals Daily, Platts Metals Week Monthly Notification Report and Platts Metals Alert.
