EMEA Easter petrochemicals coverage

S&P Global Commodity Insights would like to remind market participants of certain coverage changes during Easter holiday.

BARGE DATES: Please note that on April 12, April 13 and April 14, S&P Global will publish bids, offers and trades during the Platts Market on Close assessment process for MTBE and ETBE barges that load 7-15 days forward, not the usual 3-15/5-15 days forward ranges. The dates will be as follows:

• On April 12, MOC dates will be April 19-27 (FE dates: April 19-23; MW dates: April 21-25; BE dates: April 23-27)
• On April 13, MOC dates will be April 20-28 (FE dates: April 20-24; MW dates: April 22-26; BE dates: April 24-28)
• On April 14 , MOC dates will be April 21-29 (FE dates: April 21-25; MW dates: April 23-27; BE dates: April 25-29)

AFFECTED SREVICES: On April 14, all European petrochemical assessments will be basis 12:30 pm London time, with all cut-offs and timings commensurate with a close at that time. Please note that on April 15 and April 18, no European petrochemical assessments will be published out of London, in line with the Pricing Holiday Schedule. All weekly assessments, normally published on Friday, will be published on preceding Thursday instead. Price assessments on April 14 will be accompanied by rationales, while commentaries, including bullet points, will be suspended.
