Subscriber note: Platts introduces fixed calculation for European chlorine CP

S&P Global Platts has introduced a fixed calculation for its European chlorine monthly contract price assessment, effective April 7, 2020.

The calculation takes Platts EDC FOB NWE spot price assessment in $/mt (PHAQK00) as assessed on the first Tuesday of the month, converted to euros and multiplied by 0.89 EDC chlorine content, minus Eur40/mt assumed production costs.
