SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts clarifies Med VGO ports to be included in MOC process

Following industry feedback, S&P Global Platts is publishing a list of locations reflected in the Market on Close process for its CIF Mediterranean VGO cargo assessments. These new assessments were launched on January 2, 2018 (see note at https://www.platts.com/subscriber-notes-details/26863425).

Bids and offers may be considered for the following locations for CIF Mediterranean VGO cargoes:

Agioi Theodoroi Elefsis Izmit Lavera Malta Sarroch Tarragona

A Charter party providing Full Mediterranean options will be considered standard in this market, giving the buyer the right to request delivery into other ports after the deal.
