SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts discontinues European PTA commentary in Polymerscan

Effective April 4, 2018, S&P Global Platts has discontinued its weekly Europe purified terephthalic acid commentary in Polymerscan, due to a lack of liquidity in the European market.

Relevant PTA market information for the region, where available, will be included in the PX section of Polymerscan instead. The changes do not affect publication of the PTA FD NWE monthly contract price, which continues to be published in Polymerscan, on Petrochemical Alert page 509 and in Platts market data category IM under the symbol AACVW00.
