Platts launches daily global ethanolamines spot assessments

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has launched daily ethanolamines spot price assessments in Asia and the US, effective April 1, and in Northwest Europe, effective April 2, accounting for the UK public holiday.

Details of the global assessments are as follows:

The global ethanolamines assessments are published in line with regional publication schedules and are based on the latest information sourced from the market up to the close of the Platts Market on Close assessment process: 4:30 pm London, 4:30 pm Singapore and 1:30 pm Houston time.

All market information reported to Platts may be considered and will be published in real time, including firm bids and offers, trades and indicative values. Pricing information for materials with other specifications and terms may be normalized accordingly.

Other market information deemed relevant and significant may be considered and weighed into the assessment process.

The assessments can be found on Platts Solventswire and Platts Connect and are accompanied by weekly commentaries published on Tuesdays.
