Platts proposes modifications to Platts Oil Prices table in Gas Daily

S&P Global Platts proposes to change the competitive fuel prices found on page 14 of Gas Daily in the 'Platts Oil Prices' table from August 1, 2019.

The $/b values will be discontinued and the $/MMBtu prices will be given symbols to database those values. Those symbols will be found in the LNC market data category from the date of the change.
