SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts updates European Electricity methodology

Platts has updated its European Electricity methodology and specifications guide to add details on the At-A-Glance Day-Ahead Baseload Comparisons table published in European Power Daily.

The day-ahead assessments published in the table are for delivery on the next UK working day and exclude delivery on weekends and public holidays.

The percentage change compares the trade date closing price for working-day-ahead delivery with the previous trade date close for working day ahead based on the UK calendar.
