Platts has detected an error in its calculation method used in its Urals FOB Ex-Primorsk and Urals FOB Primorsk assessments and will issue corrections in the coming days covering the first three months of 2011.
The Rotterdam port charge used in these assessments in 2011 will be $0.15/barrel with immediate effect.
The port charge previously used was $0.30/b, as per a subscriber note of December 2010.
