EMEA Easter biofuels and chemicals coverage

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, would like to remind market participants of certain coverage changes during Easter holiday.

BARGE DATES: Please note that on April 4, April 5 and April 6, S&P Global will publish bids, offers and trades during the Platts Market on Close assessment process for ethanol, biodiesel, MTBE and ETBE barges that load seven-15 days forward, not the usual three-15/five-15 days forward ranges.

The dates will be as follows:

AFFECTED SERVICES: On April 6, all European chemical and biofuels assessments will be basis 12:30 pm London time, with all cutoffs and timings commensurate with a close at that time. Please note that on April 7 and April 10, no European chemical or biofuels assessments will be published out of London, in line with the Pricing Holiday Schedule. All weekly assessments, normally published on Friday, will be published on the preceding Thursday instead.

Chemical price assessments on April 6 will be accompanied by rationales, while commentaries, including bullet points, will be suspended.
