Bid/offer protocols on PGA page 190 (REPEAT)

Products Window Guidelines: Platts asks all participants in the PGA page 190 assessment window to clearly state any bid/offers that they would like to transact.

For example: "Shell keen on BP gasoil offer $65.00" is best practice.

Statements such as "I am keen" and "I buy from BP" or "interested at $65.00" may not be sufficient for publication and inclusion in the assessment process, especially during very busy window periods.
