Platts is launching a daily US Dollar-Mexican Peso currency assessment to complement its global sugar pricing coverage. The first assessment will be published Monday, March 30, 2015.
The assessment will be made basis 1415 Houston time, and be used as part of calculations for third-party Zafranet data for sugar prices in Mexico.
It will also add to Platts existing portfolio of currency assessments published to support a range of Platts physical commodity assessments.
This assessment appears on Platts Agriculture Alert service Page PAA1442, and can be found in the Platts price database under symbol code AAFEW00.
