Reminder of discontinuance of TVA forward assessment

Per its announcement in December 2009, Platts is eliminating the Into TVA forward assessment that from the Platts-ICE Forward Curve -- Electricity (North America).

The last daily assessment is being published in the March 31 Megawatt Daily and Energy Trader, and via Platts dispatch March 30.
